Ryanair, the world’s favourite airline, announced that it will open two new routes to Cyprus in April 2011 from Bologna, Italy and Dusseldorf (Weeze), Germany. Ryanair now offers four Cyprus routes to/from Larnaka International Airport. Ryanair’s Cyprus traffic will increase to 120,000 passengers in 2011 sustaining up to 120 local jobs.
Ryanair celebrated its new Cyprus routes in 2011 by launching 1 million €6 a seat sale for travel on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays in late February and March. Ryanair’s new routes from Larnaka to Bologna and Dusseldorf (Weeze) can now be booked on www.ryanair.com.
